Meet Dr. Trinidad
Dr. Bradley Trinidad is a board-certified vascular surgeon and will be joining Ascension Providence in Waco, Texas, as the Director of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery starting July 14, 2025. He brings extensive experience in building high-performing vascular programs and delivering comprehensive care for complex vascular conditions.
Prior to his move to Waco, Dr. Trinidad served as the founding director of the Vascular and Endovascular Surgery program at Northwest Texas Hospital in Amarillo, where he also led the service line and held a faculty appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Trinidad earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine. He completed his general and vascular surgery training at the University of Arizona in Tucson, where he was part of the Southern Arizona Limb Salvage Alliance (SALSA)—the first comprehensive limb salvage center in the United States.
Dr. Trinidad is skilled in all aspects of open and endovascular surgery, with particular expertise in peripheral arterial disease, aortic aneurysms, carotid surgery, dialysis access, venous disease, and limb salvage. He also serves as national faculty for advanced physician education programs, training surgeons and interventionists across the country in complex limb salvage techniques and percutaneous thrombectomy interventions.
He has presented and published on vascular topics at regional and national levels and is an active member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery, and the Texas Society for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Trinidad is a devoted family man and lifelong San Antonio Spurs fan.
